Well Baby

Baby playing with blocks, family together, baby playing with stethescope, family together

Have a baby on the way or young ones already? We can connect you with the resources needed to give your family a healthy start!

Behaviors picked up in the early years can develop into lifelong habits, so it’s important to make sure we instill healthy habits in our kids today. Here’s what we currently have to offer:

Healthy Families, Healthy Communities Expo

This regional community event provides education, demonstrations and information about lifestyle changes to improve the well-being and health outcomes of your family. Vendors from area organizations come together under one roof to provide you with resources in wellness, nutrition, physical activity, parenting, safety, health education and more. Major door prizes and giveaways make this event a must go! Visit the Events Calendar to find an upcoming expo near you.
